Sevens:

Seven players per side, (minimum of 5 to take the court), available in Ladies, Mixed or Junior Divisions, played over 4 x 10 Min quarters. Teamwork is the key in this game as players are restricted to certain areas on the court.

The style of game Australia dominates in all grades - joining one of our comps is the first step in representing the Green and Gold.

Sixes:

Six players per side, (minimum of 5 to take the court), available in Mixed only. Played on a relaxed Sunday afternoon or Friday night – you can stick around and enjoy the footy on the big screen! Played over 4 x 10 min Quarters, this game will keep you fit!

Made famous by our friends across the ditch, this game will test all your netball skills. The ultimate team game, this form of netball allows four shooters (2 attacks and 2 links) and encourages you to bomb away with two-point shots!

Juniors:

(Under 10/12/14 | Mixed or Girls)
At Arundel Indoor Sports Arenas, our youngest superstars are catered for. Starting at under 10s, we have a comp for everyone regardless of your skill level! With our World Cup winning coach on the court, our little ones will improve and develop rapidly.

A fast-paced version of the traditional game

This sport can be played in the standard format of seven players or the Kiwi version of 6. Nets surround the court and the ball never sleeps!

Our courts are full sized and have the highest quality surface and nets. The court's area is a double setup with heaps of space around the outside.
